"If you're looking for an answer to "How can I be happy?" then the response
from the experts is, "You're asking the wrong question." The better question
is why our idea of happiness is so screwed up that most of us wouldn't
recognize the real thing if we saw it. Well ..."

Makes sense, though I could probably still use a sack of money :).

Peace,

Katherine

This 'Action Plan for Happiness' in the Scotsman is based on scientific
research as well... although, as it turns out some huge % of happiness is
just due to strength/quality of interpersonal relationships in the end
(another huge % is explainable by mental health, but mental health and
happiness are sort of co-confounded, so it's hard to know what's going
on—we feel a bit more certain that improving your relationships will help
with happiness overall).

Worth a read anyway.
