"The Getty Research Portal’s newest Virtual Collection, Cookbook Collection
(Getty Research Institute), is available just in time for the holiday season!
Created in collaboration with GRI Associate Digital Media Producer Kirsten Lew,
the collection accompanies her exploration of a Renaissance recipe for potato
pie, featured in Getty News & Stories.
The Virtual Collection includes more than 100 digitized cookbooks from the Anne
Willan and Mark Cherniavsky Gastronomy Collection. Check out the Virtual
