"Don't have rich parents who can pay for weekly psych sessions? Your options
are limited."

Via Muse, who wrote:

Australia used to have a very good public health system. Government and
corporations have been whittling it away. The system for the rich and the
system for the poor have become increasingly distinct. Sadly, the poor are
left to die of tooth and gum infections, or kill themselves due to mental
illness. The hospitals they are carted off to will not always be hygenic or
have sufficient staff to properly diagnose patients.
