Well explained. Something similar applies in the US and may yet lead to
further instability in that country. The West Coast governors and mayors
have already formed an alliance to oppose the Trump Federal
administration. Ongoing divisiveness only fuels the perception that
"these are not my people, and I do not accept the legitimacy of their
