A quick explanation of one time pads.  Provided you use proper random
keys, never re-use keys, ensure the unencrypted message and the used key
are totally destroyed once the message is sent etc., they really are
secure.  The encrypted message appears totally random and has an equal
probability of being any possible message of that length.
