amounts company leaders actually earn."
Most people don't realise just how big the gap is - and it's a recent
development caused by a race to offer the best compensation to show that
your company is the best and deserves the best CEO. And since everyone
wants to offer more than average, the average keeps going up... if only
it worked the same way for everyone's pay, not just CEOs.
