Interesting. My family has both types of diabetes running through it, so I
have to be careful around sugar.
I started experimenting with making some of my biscuit/cookie recipes with
honey and was pleased to find they tasted just fine. I also felt a BIG
difference as to how much I craved those biscuits. I could eat one honey
sweetened biscuit, enjoy it, and not feel the need for any more. The refined
sugar sweetened ones suddenly felt very addictive in comparison.
