Some of you will no doubt have seen these before: they're quite amazing.
Apparently under Soviet rule bus shelters were one of the few architectural
objects that wasn't regulated in terms of size, shape etc. This meant that
Soviet architects loved designing bus shelters and went a bit crazy when
they did so—it was often their only opportunity to be creative. These days,
shelters are now falling into disrepair, so they look a bit ruined and
haunted.
