Extra. Played a member of a concert audience for full-length feature film Broken Hill directed by Dagen Merrill.

Tap Dancing. Studying beginning tap dancing at the WEA Adelaide.

2007

Stand Up Performance. Studied stand-up comedy with Dave Flanagan at Comix Comedy Cellar. My graduating performance received a positive review from the Adelaide Advertiser.

2005—2006

Belly Dancing. Studied belly dancing at an intermediate level with Pamela at Pamela's Belly Dance <http://www.bellydancemelbourne.com/>.

1997

Comedy Writing and Stand Up Performance. Studied writing and performing comedy with Peter Crofts at his Humourversity.

1988

Scholarship Recipient. Received a one term scholarship to study voice with Libby Parker, former soloist with the San Francisco Opera.

1985

Il Ballo Delle Ingrate (Monteverdi). Performed as one of the ungrateful ladies of the title in this University of Washington music department production. This was the first US staging of the opera.

1984

A Thieves Carnival (Anouillh). Employed as stage manager for the Professional Actors Training Program production of A Thieves Carnival.

1983

The Creation (Haydn). Solo role in a KING FM radio performance of this cantata.

1982

Shelley. Employed as the lighting assistant for the Professional Actors Training Program production of Shelley.

1981

Graduation Ceremonies. Was chosen during school trials to sing for the 1981 graduation ceremonies. Performed before 800 students and their families.

1980 & 1981

Forensics Competition Finalist. After qualifying at the regional level, went on to place in oral interpretation and then oral and dramatic interpretation at the Washington State Forensics Competition.

1980

National Teachers of Music West Coast Meeting. Was asked to perform a vocal solo for this meeting.

1979—1981

Vocal Training. Took private lessons in voice with Catherine Arnold at the Everett Community College.

1977

Li'l Abner. Played a variety of bit roles for the community production of this musical.

1976

Puppetshow Man Ballet Production. Performed the leading pas de deux.

Mime Finalist. Won third place at the West Coast High School Thespian Society mime competition.

1968—1980

Ballet Training. Spent twelve years training in classical ballet with some experience in modern, jazz, folk and highland dancing as well. Amongst my instructors I trained with Christine Patterson and Dorothy Montgomery, both of whom are Royal Academy of Dance certified teachers.
